I SINCERELY THANK EVERY SINGLE PERSON WHO SUGGESTED A NAME OR VOTED FOR ONE. i love participatory politics! "Rosie" (and every conceivable variation) was very popular. exceedingly odd names such as "Pentagonaster Dubueni" and "Klap-The-Sucker-Toast" were deeply refreshing. (see the list below) prize suggestions were broadranging and very inspired. Two that really stand out are: - a guest pass to lori B shows to be tattooed on the winners body in the location of their choice! and - a ukulele! in the end, i was exceedingly ME. i should never be allowed to run a contest and please don't let me do this again! of course, i couldn't really chose one single name so i used parts from a bunch of different names and made a hybrid that i REALLY love and it fits the little piano to a tee. since there was no exact winner, i made us all winners - i am donating money to Planned Parenthood in the name of George W. Bush! |
